Booking Policy

Due to high demand and long waitlists, a credit card must be placed on file at the time of scheduling for all client bookings.

We understand life happens.

We suggest calling 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to make any changes or cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% fee of your total service charge. Clients who “no-show” will be subject to a 100% fee of your total service.

Communication is key. We appreciate your cooperation.

NO-REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please reach out to melanie@salonmiino2.co within 7 days of your appointment date. Though we do not offer any monetary refunds for services rendered, we are more than happy to work with you to come up with a solution and ensure you receive any corrections necessary.
